At a Fiddle Concert

If one fiddle is good, two fiddles are better! Andy, Dave, and Eric show how it's done at the Lowell Fiddle Contest in Massachusetts.

Fiddle Music

There's nothing like the sound of a fiddle to lift your spirits and set your feet to dancing. From sprightly jigs to sparkling reels, from warp-speed bluegrass to the lowdown blues, fiddle rules!

Fiddle Hell

Fiddle Hell is an informal gathering of fiddlers to meet, jam, learn, and have fun! This incredible event is coming up on Nov. 3-6, 2022, in Westford, Massachusetts. Click on the Fiddle Hell menu above to find out more about Fiddle Hell.

The Reiner Family Band, from Lexington, Massachusetts, features the lively fiddle - banjo duets of champion fiddler Dave Reiner and his wife Cindy Eid. Their sons Andy Reiner and Eric Eid-Reiner play fiddle and piano, respectively. John Robinson, Paul Harty, and other honorary family members join in on occasion on guitar, mandolin, and vocals, in a repertoire ranging from traditional bluegrass and oldtime styles to Irish, Cape Breton, swing, ragtime, Klezmer, and Cajun.

RFB not only plays great traditional tunes for audiences of all ages, but also involves their listeners in learning about the instruments and the music.
